Service Description
- Nashville's Fabulous Cleaners provides residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning services.
- All services are performed by trained, insured professionals.
- We are insured and licensed but not bonded.
- Service descriptions and pricing are estimates and subject to change based on actual conditions.
Booking & Approval Process
- All bookings are appointment REQUESTS that require approval.
- Approval typically occurs within 24 hours of request submission.
- Final pricing is determined after property assessment.
- We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
- Approved bookings require a 50% deposit before service begins.
Pricing & Payment
- All advertised prices are STARTING rates and may vary based on property size, condition, and specific requirements.
- Final pricing is determined after property assessment and confirmed before service begins.
- Additional work beyond the original scope may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
- Payment options: 50% deposit + 50% on completion, OR save 20% with 100% upfront payment.
- Late payment fees may apply for overdue balances.
Client Responsibilities
- REQUIRED: Adult 18+ must be present during service. No children 17 and younger may be present alone.
- REQUIRED: Pets must be secured in a separate area for safety of all parties.
- PREFERRED: Empty home allows for optimal cleaning results.
- Client must secure valuable items and provide clear access to areas to be cleaned.
- Client must disclose any hazardous conditions or special requirements.
- Client is responsible for providing accurate property information.
Liability & Insurance
- Nashville's Fabulous Cleaners carries general liability insurance.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.
- Client must report any issues within 24 hours of service completion.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.
- We are not responsible for items not secured by the client.
- Force majeure events may affect service delivery without penalty.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit deposit.
- Emergency cancellations will be handled case-by-case.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- We reserve the right to cancel services due to unsafe conditions.
Privacy Policy
- We collect information necessary to provide services and communicate with clients.
- Personal information is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
